Usage Guide
This page explains how the Built-in Assets included in EmoteLab may be used in common scenarios. It is intended to help you use the assets correctly and avoid misunderstandings.
This page is a practical summary only and does not replace the End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of any conflict, the EULA shall prevail.
What You Can Do
You may use Built-in Assets to create images or animations (collectively, the "Output") through EmoteLab, including but not limited to:
✅ Creating emotes or stickers for chat applications
✅ Sharing Output on social media
✅ Using Output in live streams or videos
✅ Using Output in commercial contexts, such as channel branding or merchandise
What You Cannot Do
❌ You may not redistribute, sell, or share Built-in Assets as standalone assets or in a form that allows others to extract or reuse them.
❌ You may not claim ownership of the Built-in Assets, nor present the Built-in Assets themselves or any Output created from them as assets you independently created.”
❌ You may not register exclusive rights (such as trademarks or design rights) based on Output created with Built-in Assets in a way that prevents other users from using the same assets.
❌ Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Built-in Assets and the output are not licensed for use in training, fine-tuning, or developing generative artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to image generation models.
Attribution and Public Presentation
In most casual or personal use cases (such as private chats or informal sharing), attribution is not required.
However, if you use Output in public, commercial, or professional contexts where viewers or clients may reasonably assume that the character artwork or animation was independently created by you, you should clearly indicate that the content was created using EmoteLab and its Built-in Assets. This helps avoid misunderstandings and protects both you and the original asset creators.
Commercial Use
Commercial use of Output is allowed. This includes using Output as emotes, channel graphics, or visual elements in monetized content.
However, if you provide character illustration, animation production, or any other related services, please provide appropriate attribution as required when publishing or using content created with EmoteLab.
Updates
New assets or updates may introduce different licensing conditions. Please review asset notes when using newly added content.
For full legal terms, limitations, and responsibilities, please refer to the End User License Agreement (EULA).
